I can't seem to log into my school account for minecraft educational Version 1.18.31.0
Apparently, I was usually playing on 1.18.30, but it for some reason automatically updated which I didn't want it to, and when i launch it and try to sign in, a script error pops up saying that i can't run it for some reason

Sorry to hear! Try backing up your worlds, uninstalling Minecraft: Education Edition and reinstalling to see if that helps!

Also uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing in terms of fixing the issue I'm currently experiencing Like what Jonathan Shelner is saying

Hey Eric! Thanks for the screenshot.
I would recommend the following steps:
1.Ensure Minecraft: Education Edition is allowed through any local or network level firewalls
2. Uninstall all versions of Minecraft: Education Edition from the device and then reinstall from our site (make sure to back up your worlds)
3. If you are in a school, ask if other users in the same group policy have this issue. If so, reach out to your IT Admin
4.Update Windows
