World Keeps crashing
My son and I play minecraft edu and we have a world we are building and have been building for a month or so, but now it is shutting down and exiting the map. It was on his Ipad, so I tried restarting app, shutting down the ipad, exporting and opening on a computer etc, however it is still shutting down and completly closing the entire app on the computer. No updates are missing and I don't know what my next step is please.

Hi there Nichole Jasper. I'm sorry to hear about the problem with that world file. If the app was closed or the device put into sleep mode during the saving process it may corrupt and damage the world file. Likewise, any third party mods or skins can also cause damage to the world file.
Because we are unable to repair or restore damaged or missing worlds, we strongly recommend making regular backups of world files. I apologize for the trouble here.
