dual profile?
I thought I had added all of my students to the classroom but did not so when they logged in the first time to Mincecraft, some of them created profiles. Since they were not in the classroom, I cannot add them to it because their email already exists. Is there a way to fix this since they all have licenses for Minecraft Education Edition but are not accessing it there. They can simply play Minecraft.

Hi there ANTHONY RUIZ. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble here. Can you please clarify what you mean by created profiles? If you mean on the Minecraft: Education Edition web page, this is a resource for teachers and educators rather than adults. Thank you for any additional information you can provide.

I am a teacher and have classes in the Minecraft portal (portal.codingcredentials.com) where the classes are managed. I set up a class and added a few students before Sring Break, when we got back from break I had students log in with their school Microsoft accounts just to see if they can gain access. The students have the $5 license attached to their emails. When some of the students went to access the portal, they went one step ahead and the program asked them to register and a few of them did. Since they did that, I cannot add them to the portal because the email "already exists" and I cannot add them to my class. How can that be fixed?

Hi there ANTHONY RUIZ. Thank you for the clarification. Coding Credentials is a third party website that is not affiliated with Minecraft: Education Edition. You'll need to contact their support in order to fix any account issues. I apologize for the trouble here.
