The Jukebox and music discs don't seem to work on Chromebooks since the 1.17 update. That said, they seem to work normally on Windows.
Boyd Walter, I'd go into the Minecraft Settings>Audio and check that all the sound levels are up.

Thank you so much everyone for reverting back. After posting the thread here, I searched on Google for resolving the issue and came across some articles like this one. Then I updated the device driver and after doing this, the problem got resolved. Now I don't have to face any problem on Minecraft. I would suggest Abraham Bautista Norberto and Dani Noble to follow the article above. They discussed some another solutions that might be useful in resolving the problem. Anyway, thank you again, and please let me know if you have any further questions. Have a great day.

f you're experiencing an issue where you can't hear any sound in Minecraft, there are a few potential solutions you can try. First, make sure that your computer's audio is not muted or turned down too low. Check the volume controls on your device and ensure that the sound is enabled more
If the sound issue persists, it may be related to the game settings. Open Minecraft and navigate to the Options menu. From there, select "Music & Sounds" and verify that the "Sound" and "Music" options are enabled and at an audible level.
