Searching for an expert: Issues with children connecting
I have just been on a roller coaster, trying to connect with a student. The end result... unsuccessful. Any experts out there able to help?
The issues:
1. Unable to connect to world
- On the same version
- Restarted applications and devices
- Operating systems are not up to date.
- The last error was "Something went wrong. Try checking your internet connection".
- Devices were iPads and MacBooks.
I have scanned through the community and found much great advice in the past. However, this time I was not able to find a solution.

Richard Barry I'm no Expert and I'm experiencing some issues myself since this weekend.
A little more information may be needed for people to best assist with your problems.
Are you trying to connect remotely? Or are both devices on the same LAN?
Have you been able to connect with these students/devices in the past? Or is this all new?
Are all accounts involved on the same tenet?

I am connecting remotely; I have opened the ports; I connect with other students without issues; all students are using Apple devices.0 -
