    Richard Barry I'm no Expert and I'm experiencing some issues myself since this weekend.

    A little more information may be needed for people to best assist with your problems.

    Are you trying to connect remotely?  Or are both devices on the same LAN?

    Have you been able to connect with these students/devices in the past?  Or is this all new?

    Are all accounts involved on the same tenet?

    I am connecting remotely; I have opened the ports; I connect with other students without issues; all students are using Apple devices.
