it is not working

so i am trying to get into Minecraft so I can go and finish my progect

and every time I press sign in it brings me to a page wiconly has Minecraft eduction edition on the top and then it justs brings me back to the loading screen and it just happens over and over and over again and it is due on the 6th of appril 2022
