Is Minecraft Education Edition available in the China app store

I now have 5 licenses and 4/5 are working.

One student, who is in mainland China, is having difficulty downloadint the program as it's not showing up in their ipad app store.

This may be because the program isn't in the app store there, or a result of the app store being different, or something else entirely, I don't know...

I'm thinking that if there is a direct download link available that would be one way to share the program with ipad users?

Any other solutions?

My ticket was closed, and the only response I recieved was "we don't support the area you work in" and a link to refunds.

Just to be sure, could someone please clarify that the official position of this community hub support is that support is not available to schools operating with a/some student(s) in China? This is confusing because I've seen alot of promotional material related to MEE in China on the MEE YouTube and website.
