Sneak (Crouch) and name

I cannot find where to turn off toggle sneak. I use it in bedrock edition, but I don't like it on computer. Also, I want to get on a world with jr. high students and I don't want my real name on there. It's fine if there is no way to do this, but if possible I would like to have a display name.

  I have not seen a toggle for sneak, but I have not looked. :-)

  Regarding your display name in game, that is editable on the Microsoft admin portal.
