My game is lagging whenever I go into it, I have looked up many ways to fix this and nothing is working, it will take about 2-3 seconds to read my command to say, turn my head, and it will take about a minute to do it depending on how much I try to move. I can't get anything done and it's been like this all week. Any advice?

  First try restarting the computer and see if the problem persists.
