  Did you accidentally press the f1 key? If you are able to still open up your inventory with the key you put (default, e), I think this might do the trick. Hope this helps!

  Hi, Blakely Schmidt - I think you are saying you do not see your hotbar at the bottom of your screen? That can happen accidentally if you hit the function key and F1. It will reappear if you hold down Function and F1 again.

  If you mean that you type in E and the Inventory window doesn't appear, maybe you hit Function and F5? I don't know what you mean by no inventory. Try restarting if those things don't work and let us know how things are going. We are here to help.
