Coding in Python turns you around...
So I have been a bit baffled in the past about trying to place blocks using from_me and relative coords, and not getting what I expected, especially from the aquarium tutorial code and other fill-type code.
I have tried facing the direction I wanted and being careful about NSEW but it has been pretty much a dice roll figuring out which direction things were going to end up going. When my students run their mazes with their agents, we are carful to use actual hard coded coords, for example. (code works, it is the orientation which has been crazy.)
Today I was surprised to discover that no matter which direction I face when I start my code, I end up facing (what I assume to be) south when it is running.
Whaaaaaat????? Is that a thing? It hardly seems fair. (kidding just a wee bit)
