Stuck on downloading resources
Have just downloaded the latest installer for minecraft education - upon logging in I believe the game tries to update and nothing happens.
Game is stuck on "Download resources" is the server down?

Could you provide some info so we can troubleshoot?
- What type of device are you using?
- What OS version are you running?
- Are you able to open the console on your browser and see if there are any errors? Normally you can access this by pressing the F12 key and then selecting the console tab.

I have found a fix for IOS, I don't know if it works for other devices, however you can try.

Got the same problem. Stuck at "downloading resources".
Everything worked just fine last week, when I upgraded to 1.17.30.
- Desktop PC with Intel i7-2600 + 16GB DDR3 + GTX 1060 6gb
- Win7 Ultimate x64
