My sound issue
every time I log in, the sound just doesn't play at all, even the jukeboxes won't play the sound, but the other sounds work just fine but the music.

This new version of Minecraft: Education Edition has an amazing array of controls for different sounds. Make sure you check that all of the sounds you want to hear are set to the correct levels. Go to Settings > Audio to see all of your options.
