I downloaded the software, purchased the license, created a profile, but can't gain access.  Where how do I get in?

  Minecraft Education requires that you are using a registered EDU account. Is your account associated with an approved organization?

  Hi Kristi Sharp - if you purchased licenses through our Camps and Clubs licensing, there may be a few extra steps you'll need to follow to create the accounts used to log into Minecraft: Education Edition.  After you setup the Microsoft 365 admin account and then purchase licenses, you'll need to go into the admin center, create user accounts, and assign the licenses to them.
