  Hi, I'm going to move your post to the Technical support forum.  Can you explain more what type of connection issues you are having?  Please keep in mind that both you and the user in Peru must be in the same tenant to be able to join a multiplayer world together.  In most cases, this would mean that the email addresses you are using to login are the same after the "@" symbol.
