how to exclude some blocks in a project ?

is it possible to disable / hide some blocks (for example regarding "agent") in a makecode project.
I saw such a possibility in the files

explorer / core / agent.ts   --> //% blockHidden = 1

unfortunately this code cannot be edited.
I want to get the effect like in the tutorial, where only selected commands are available

  I wonder if there are any "teacher" tutorials for makecode that might help you figure out how to create your own tutorials?  I expect that perhaps somewhere there is a support forum specifically for makecode though I haven't gone looking for it.
