    Haven't seen that one before, Jonathan SCHWABL, but we'll try to help you get that sorted out. 

    Quick question, did you install this from the .exe from the website, or through the Microsoft Store? 

    Slightly different installs, so if one isn't working, uninstall and try the other and see if it's any better.

    I would recommend uninstalling the .exe version, opening the Microsoft Store and installing from there. 

    I've found most times if you're having problems with one version, the other will work. 

    How old is your install of Windows 10? I find when applications aren't running, it's usually a sign that there are wider issues at play. Might be time for fresh install... something to consider anyway.
