The Join Code Does Not Work At All (iOS 2021)

So, recently I've noticed that the game would not create a Join Code that others can join. Why is this? It's been like this since the last update. And, please do not say things like same organization or same updated device because checked all of that. It's not that we can't join each other's, it's that we can't create join codes TO join others. I don't know why this is happening clearly there is a problem or bug. I've even tried using IP address instead - doesn't work. Please Explain Thanks.
