how to be a minecraft certified educator

I seem to miss something, i followed the steps to become a minecraft certified educator but the badge didn't appear in my profile. What can i do?

I am a community member and took the course at MEC but nothing happened.

Please Help!

  I'm so sorry to hear that your Certified badge is not showing up on your profile.  We have had some issues with the certified badges appearing after the launch of our new website.  Could you open a request with the support desk so we can track your issue and make sure it gets fixed?  https://aka.ms/MEE_New_Request
