Not able to sign in into minecraft education edition

Hi,

While accessing minecraft education edition, getting the following message:

Your school account is ready to use with Minecraft: Education Edition. Visit our Download page to install the app.

However, after downloading, not able to sign in. Please kindly revert to sort this out. Also, let me know if need to buy any licence.
