Only a few students
I have 3 students who are always required to log in daily to use the program. Then it may or may not take their account. Sometimes it will state the account is invalid but it is their school account.

I have seen this before. In my case, it was due to having assigned a few more student accounts than I had licenses for -- so I purchased a few more.
Otherwise, I recommend checking on the fundamentals. Make sure the install is not corrupt. Try deleting MC and then reinstalling. Also, ensure you have restarted the computer before trying to login. Make sure there are no security software issues preventing a computer from properly opening/connecting.
*You will also need to make sure that you have opened access to the main MC web address on your school gateway.
