i will try but online this has not been a popular fix.

i ran a repair as at the moment i have no time to uninstall and reinstall. doesn't crash but still lags like hell for seemingly no reason. but i did find a possible reason for the crashing as this happens when there is a lag spike or the game crashes.

still crashes. but i have terminated game bar and its related processes not allowing it to run in background.

ran some commands to delete game bar files and now i know it has nothing to do with the crashes on M: EE :)

Hi there Tom King. This might be due to having some outstanding Windows updates that need to be run. Can you confirm Windows is up to date?

So i am sorry to announce that after talking to 2 windows support personnel, updating windows to the feature update and full on wiping my computer that the issue is the world.
