Student unable to sign in
Hi, I am making this post on behalf of my daughter who is unable to sign in to her Minecraft Education edition. It gives the error message "Trial Ended", followed by "Your trial of Minecraft: Education Edition is complete. Your school will need to purchase a license for you to continue... "
This is a NSW state department school that is fully licensed, and all her friends at her school can play without this error message. She is fully licensed according to her school and yet this error persists. We have tried signing in on multiple computers from different sites and internet connections with the same result - it is definitely not a local machine or network issue.
How do we fix this?

Hi Sophie Roberts - licensing for Minecraft: Education Edition is managed by the Technical department at NSW DOE. Your daughter can reach out to her teacher or your central school support services to request access to Minecraft: Education Edition.

every time i press the sign in bottun it keeps on saying that we cant connect to your internet check your settings and try again i can only play one demo
