My minecraft Education is not working
The education edition I downloaded is not working anymore and I'm worried about me not being able to use it further more

When I try to play or start the "Minecraft Education Edition" it says that there's been a mistake with my account, which I don't understand, basically it doesn't work and I was wondering if you could help me out please.
