MCEE not loading on Mac

I am having issues opening/loading MCEE today on my Mac. I am running the most recent version of MCEE and on Big Sur. Have not had any issues with this until today. Ran everything fine yesterday. Issues vary from not loading past the white Minecraft Education Edition page (progress bar will load all but the last dash), then I force close and try again, it will move to the next screen and act like it is signing me in...but nothing. Then other times after force close or restart it will open, but the character/skin will not show up and buttons will be transparent with only writing on them? Then freezes up and I have to force close again. Please help. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still getting these issues.
