Python coding running slow on chromebooks
I think this has been raised - but I have been doing the coding with my students using our school Chromebooks (Asus C203) so fairly recent. The block coding works fine - but the Python is very slow. The real time debugger is really unresponsive. If this cannot be optimised can I suggest you allow a button to run the debug when the student has finished with the code entry. There is also quite a significant delay from hitting the play button to seeing the result. So - really good - but optimisation needed - your coders have to try this out on real life target equipment used in schools and not the latest Macs they probably use! Other than that - great job - brilliant material - students love it.

Hey generally chromebooks are very under powered devices and usually cant handle very much CPU intensive tasks this is likely the cause of the slow down especially since Minecraft Edu does not have built in chromebook support. You should classify this as feedback rather than a technical issue.
