Version 1.14.50 Connect to worlds problem

Hi! I am a middle school teacher using Minecraft for Education Version 1.14.50. Some students are having difficulty connecting to each other's worlds - especially when one is in school and the other at home. Both students have the same version.

Please tell me what else I can do. Other students have no problem and are using the same version.

Assistance appreciated.

  Hello there, I am experiencing the same problems too. It may be the host/server who ran into connection problem such as slow connection. Instead of using join code, try using IP address.
