Convert Minecraft EDU worlds to Minecraft EE .mcworld

Apologies if this is already been answered but has anyone got a clear step by step tutorial on how to convert worlds from EDU to EE? I have a few worlds we created over many hours for EDU that I would love to use in our school on EE.
