logging into Minecraft Education Edition

My Minecraft Education Edition loads from my laptop, but rejects my school password. When I try to reset my password, there isn't enough actual field window to continue after entering the miscellaneous graphic images.  There is no down arrow, no "Enter" function, no scroll down to continue the process.  The window is a fixed size and is useless.

  Hi there WILLIAM RAPP, you may need to contact your IT admin here and have them reset your school credentials on their end to bypass this issue. I hope this helps!
