Students and Teachers unable to join each other

Hello there,

We are having a huge issue where students are able to join each others worlds but the teachers cannot join theirs. And vice a versa the teachers are able to create worlds and the students are unable to join. I have ensured that they are both on the same tenant and everything appears to be in place as specified the only difference is that the students are on chromebooks and the teachers are on windows PC. What could possibly be causing them to be unable to join each other? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
