Internet Connection Error Message

I have perfect internet and I keep getting this error. I am signed in and it still pops up.

  Hi Daniel, sorry to hear your having technical issues. 

  This error usually indicates that there are two versions of Minecraft installed on your computer. 

  Go to: Start>Settings>Apps and look for Minecraft. You should see two versions here. Remove the oldest. 

  This should resolve the problem.

  Hi there Daniel Cheung. Dan Noble is correct here. I'd look for additional installations of Minecraft: Education Edition.
