Installing M:EE on older Chromebooks

We have students on a variety of different Chromebooks, and our older Chromebooks aren't able to install the Google Play store. For these devices, is there an alternate away to get Minecraft: Education Edition installed outside of the Play store?

  Hi there Matt Douglas. I'm sorry to hear that those older Chromebooks are lacking the Google Play Store. Unfortunately, because Minecraft: Education Edition requires the Google Play Store to install, it will be incompatible with the older models. I apologize for the inconvenience here.
