Student can't log in

The log in is not working for student account licenses. I get a "not eligible" for Minecraft EDU Edition

  Hi there Anthony Martin.

  I would make sure you've downloaded the correct version of Minecraft: Education Edition, as this is a different version than MinecraftEDU. I've provided a link to Minecraft: Education Edition below:

  While using that version, if you're still having trouble connecting, I recommend following the steps in our FAQ. I've provided a link for that as well:
