Pupils unable to join 'Teacher' world

Hello,

My pupils are able to host their own game and have pupils or staff join. However when I try to host a game, pupils have the error 'unable to join game'. We are using the Education Edition and have the same version. Any help please?

  Thanks for reaching out with this. I am going to suggest you put in a technical support ticket for this as this could get quite complex. From the start it sounds like the student login permissions and the teacher login permissions are blocking cross traffic because of different types of security settings. Go ahead and put in a ticket when you can so we will be able to dive further in.

  Further, I can see all of the active servers through the classroom mode tool and join the games, however it won't allow them to join the game that I host.

  Thanks Adam for the reply. 

  I started a ticket earlier too and was advised it may be due to port forwarding on my router. However as we're on a campus network I don't think that would matter as we use the same connection.

  I have since replied to that explaining the situation further.
