Need Help Downloading Minecraft to Chromebook
Hi there! I am brand new to teaching Minecraft Education Edition and I am so excited to get started!
I have one technical question that I would love help on.
My school has Chromebooks that we lent out to the students (NYC public schools)
When myself or the students try downloading the software onto the Chromebook a screen pops up and says "We're sorry, the requested URL was not found on this server".
I'm not sure how to get around that and download the program. I have a chromebook in my classroom that I've been try to make work but still having issues.
Can anyone help me navigate how to download when it keeps saying "We're sorry, the requested URL was not found on this server".

Thanks for reaching out and I am sorry you are having trouble. Are you trying to download it from the website or the Google Play Store? The Chromebook release only supports the installation from the Google Play store and not all Chromebooks support that. Let me know so we can troubleshoot!

Hi Adam,
Thanks so much for getting back to me. I had my admin turn on the Google Play Store for the Chromebooks but the download is still not showing.. Is there any other way you know of that we can trouble shoot this issue?
Thank you for your help! I really appreciate it.
Best,
