iPad App -- Need a whitelist of URLs?
Hi,
Students are running into parts of Minecraft EDU app that don't work and say they are blocked.
They get the message "Something went wrong-- unable to connect to the Library. This can happen if your computer is offline or if access to the Library catalog is blocked."
Is their a whitelist or directions for unblocking this for our admin?

Thanks for reaching out with this. It is a popular topic at the moment. There is currently a known issue with the iPads being able to connect to the libraries after the update. Right now the official workaround is to factory reset the iPads themselves then re-install. I will link to our known issues page so you can keep an eye on it because if another fix is found it will be updated there. I will also link the whitelist URLs that you can try also just in case.

We also have all of the world files on our official website so the students can download from there for now and import into the game.
