Any way to purchase licenses without the Microsoft store for Education?

From Minecraft/Microsoft's end, is there anyone noticing people buying licenses from the store because it doesn't work for me. I've tried to use different browsers, I've verified my office 365, I've cleared my cache, I've updated my system, I've check to see if I had the problem with purchasing different apps from the Microsoft store for Education and no. Only problem is trying to purchase licenses for Minecraft:EE.

  Lets go ahead and open this up as a technical support ticket, this type of error will need a bit more work.
