Sign in window does not appear

Several of my students have the following issue.

They start Minecraft EE and a window appears saying, "You must sign in with your school account to paly Minecraft: EE.

Unfortunately the sign in window does not appear.

My students are working remotely. They are using MacBook Airs and running M:EE Version 1.14.31

Any ideas how I could resolve this?

  I actually recreated this issue on my Macbook Air today as well. What worked for me was restarting my internet connection and letting that screen sit there for a few moments, it took some time but the sign in screen finally appeared for me. Test that out and let me know if you get any farther. If it doesn't work lets go ahead and put in a technical support ticket which you can do in the bottom right corner of this site.

  Thanks Adam, I will ask my students to try restarting their Internet connection and see if that works.

  Hi Adam,

   

  Restarting the wifi worked once but my student mistyped her email address.

  She can't get the sign in window to reappear, even with turning the wifi on and off.

  I will submit a tech support ticked and see what happens.

  the same thing is happening to me, but i cant restart my wifi
