    Thanks for reaching out with your question! Its great that you are going to be able to bring coding to your students with Minecraft: Education Edition! The way the game is set up (especially for the intro to coding classes) is to go into the library of the game and you can download the lesson and start up whichever lesson you would like. You said they cannot download which may present a challenge to do this. One thing you can try is to download the world file to your device and put it into a cloud storage that the students can download from. Then they can import the world to their iPads and learn.     If none of that works I would suggest reaching out to the IT admin at your school and see if you can request them to allow the students to have the ability to download worlds into the game.
