Can't login with student account

I validated that the account is eligible (on the getting started page), and that the password is correct by logging into gmail.  Yet when I try to login to minecraft education edition it tells me the password is incorrect (see below). What do I need to do?

  Unfortunately that one we do not have any access over. You may want to try resetting your password and/or reach out to your IT admin/educators.

  Same problem for me I put the correct password but it's showing me that it's wrong I tried changing it also please help me
