Login With Different Account Error - Desktop Version
Hello,
We have MineCraftEE installed in our school, but are having issue regularly logging in.
All machines are installed successfully with Desktop 1.9.1 and at times work flawlessly, however there are times when not a single machine can get pass the email verification login stage.
There appears to be not conflict with our firewall, and our technician has even 'Whitelisted' any urls that are flagged during the email check stage. Further 'help' by Dept. Support is unavailable as they can only assist with Deployment.
Do you have any further suggestions that may help us?

Hi Mark-
Are you using the Desktop version from our download page? Something that has been causing errors for other issues is if you had the Win 10 version and then downloaded the Desktop version. If the Win 10 version was not uninstalled before installing Desktop, some users are seeing login errors.
If you continue to have issues, please open a ticket and we can investigate further.
