Exporteren van 'boek en veer' lukt niet

Het exporteren van 'boek en veer' naar een PDF bestand lukt niet. Het blijft maar hangen in het beeld waar staat: ''exporteren''. het balkje gaat wel heen en weer, maar zelfs na uren wachten gebeurt er niets. 

Heeft iemand een oplossing? Ik wil de bestanden namelijk graag exporteren om te printen voor de portfolio's van de kinderen in mijn klas.

  1.) What device make / model and OS version are you on when you got this error?

  2.) Are you on the latest version of Minecraft Education?

  3.) Is this a home network or school network?

  4.) Is this a commercial account or school managed account?

  Hello!
  
  1). I'm using a windows desktop.
  2). I'm using version v1.20.13
  3). It is a school network were the device is using an ethernet cable.
  4).  It is an account linked to my school log in.
