My world is corrupted!! Help me!!!

I've made this huge city world in November/December of 2021 and since then i was building a LOT like the size now is 96MB. But today i saw a little bit of my city deleted with new terrain which made me very sad, i lost a few iconic houses, a rail yard, a rail workshops and a series of houses. I can't post any pictures as it says the maximum size is 2MB. Please Mojang Help Me!
