Inquiry Regarding Virtual World Development and Server Costs

I hope this email finds you well. I am Diogo D'Almeida, a student at Escola Superior de Educação | IPSantarém in Portugal. Currently, I am undertaking an internship focused on developing a virtual world using immersive technology.
We would like to discuss the possibility of collaboration with Minecraft education regarding this project. My aim is to create a virtual environment where each student can have their own avatar and teachers can conduct classes interactively. I believe this could revolutionize the way education is conducted, providing a more engaging and immersive learning experience.
We understand that Minecraft education is a leading company in the development of virtual worlds, and as such, I would like to inquire if you have already considered implementing something similar or if you have any guidance on how we could proceed with this project together.
Additionally, We would like to discuss the costs associated with opening a server to host this virtual world. We are interested in understanding the financial details involved so that we can assess the feasibility of this project.

Thanks for reaching out. In regard to servers, we do not currently offer any dedicated server options, but we are exploring ways to support in this space as it is a highly requested feature. Currently, you can set aside your strongest computer, and have it on for up to 24hr sessions (we have seen instability past that). That is our best solution currently if that works for you.
