Problems with hosting
hello, I am an educator.
I'm trying to host my minecraft education world, but i am havign issues.
i followed the guide and created a link that i shared with the student, however they get a banner saying "impossible to connect: the world does not exists anymore".
Checking my profile, i noticed that it says that "the active content in this world cannot be used to play in multiplayer mdoe".
How can i solve this issue?

Just had a few questions to help us support you further:
1.) What device make / model and OS version are you on when you got this error?
2.) Are you on the latest version of Minecraft Education?
3.) Is this a home network or school network?
4.) Is this a commercial account or school managed account?
5.) Can you please provide a screenshot of the error so we can support you further? (no personal info please)

Thank you for answering.
My PC has a Windows 11 version, I ond't know about my student.
I am on the lastest version, I double checked.
It is a school network
I don't know about the last question, sorry.
However I wanted to update you becasue now the problem is a different one.
So the world we are playing with is "NASEF Farmcraft 2024", my students were finally able to login and connect.
However, one of the student started playing but the server decided to close suddenly, denying him the access and it said "impossible to connect to the world of the game: it is not available anymore"
Do you have any idea why it happened? am I doing somethign wrong?Thanks.I'll leave attached the screenshot of what the student got as a problem
