Cancelling subscription loop
I have looked for 4 days on Microsoft360 and Minecraft education. When I try to login to Microsoft it just loops. I need to cancel my subscription. I do not have an education email, I believe why it won't allow me to login in with my regular gmail. I do pay for Microsoft 360 and I do not see the education payment on that side. I tried calling the 1800 number and it keeps telling me to try online. Can someone please help me.? thank you
