cannot sign in on v1.20.13
Error message saying "We can't connect to the service you need right now. Please check your internet connection and try again."
this is the first time I've downloaded this app on my device, not sure what to do.

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with that error.
This one commonly comes up when multiple versions of Minecraft Education are installed.
Can you double check that only one instance of Minecraft Education is installed please?
