Can't sign into my commercial ME account

I'm trying to sign into ME on a new computer and it says "We were unable to sign you in. Please make sure you are signing in with your school or organizational account and try again." It works on other computers. Couldn't find a solution. Any help is appreciated!

  I am having a similar problem after installing Minecraft Education for the first time. I installed it on the Windows 11 pc of my child who has a Minecraft education commercial license that I purchased assigned to his .onmicrosoft.com domain username. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall from the Microsoft Store and the direct download version. I removed all versions before each reinstall.

  I then wanted to see if it is a login problem or a software problem by installing Minecraft Education on 2 other PCs and an iPad and I was able to logon to those other installations on other devices with no issues.

  On the PC that will not identify the licensed login email, you can also not access the demo lessons because the screen message says login email not identified, even when you only try to access the demo lessons without logging in.

  Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with Minecraft Education.

  Is there any error that appears for you that you can screenshot (without sharing personal info)?
