We have a problem with Minecraft there is a sign coming up that says Minecraft Education isn`t responding.  Its fin on windows ,that i have. But on the kids chromebooks it comes up quite freqently.

    We have exactly the same problem as this post: Minecraft Education not responding on Chromebook.
    On one of the modell the this sign comes up and then it crashes. Its a lenovo 14e gen 2

    Hi! Thanks for the response. Becaasue i am working with about 300-400 student with Minecraft I really need this to work. We have different chromebooks. The one chromebook that is not working at all to play with is the: lenovo 14 e Chromebook Gen 2, it is one of the newst also. The cpu: AMD 3015CE 1,2, storage 64gb emmc, GPU:Integrated. Do you need specs for the other ones?

    Storage. 32GB eMMC.

    Lenovo 14e chromebook Gen1 we have two different models one with amd A4, and one with amd A6 

    Processor. AMD A4 or A6 processor.
    Graphics. AMD Radeon R4 graphics in processor.
    Memory. 4GB or 8GB DDR4-1666 (soldered)
    Storage. 32GB or 64GB eMMC.

    Oh so sorry for the delay! Thanks so much for the ping!

    Thanks for the specs. Hmmm, we have seen similar issues with Celeron devices not being able to keep up.

    How long can a user be in game before they get that notification? Does it happen pretty consistently all the time?

    It happens quite consistently. Sometimes it can even be so frequently that you cant play at all.
