Problem with profile

When I try to change my profile, it takes me straight to the support forums. Please fix this!

  I have same problem at my profile when I wanted to change something site can't load it and there is no button to do anything.

  Could you try using a different browser and/or incognito mode to test if that helps the issue?

  Yes, I have used Microsoft Edge and incognito mode. Nothing have worked.
  I've got a MC Ambassador badge and I wanted get more on my profile. But I can't even change my currently work place, anything! Please I need help with that
